Reverend Paul Edward Davis, born in Navasota, Texas to Margaret
Elizabeth Tate (Davis) and Frank Wilson Carrington (both deceased).

 

Pastor Davis is married to his high school sweetheart, Mrs. Cora Janice Davis (Deveraux), and they have been blessed with three wonderful children; Joy Victoria Evette Davis, Kendrick Frank Davis and Vanessa Jan Boles (husband Keon Boles) and eight grandchildren; Kennedy Kristina Davis, Katelynn Vanessa Davis, La’Ken Davis, Kendrick Davis Jr., Savannah Skye Boles, Kenbri Davis, Tyson Dean Boles and Harley Davis.

 

Pastor Davis is a graduate of Montgomery High School (Montgomery, Texas);Prairie View A&M University with Bachelors of Science - Agricultural Animal Science (Prairie View, Texas) and from Ashland Theological Seminary with Master of Education - Christian Education (Ashland, Ohio).

 

Called to the role as Sr. Pastor, Rev. Davis served the Community of Faith as a deacon for twenty years, as trustee, teacher, usher, and financial clerk. He fulfilled an exemplary career in the corporate setting with four fortune 500 companies for nearly thirty-seven years in various executive positions; served as a board of director member and/or chairperson in several non-profit and Christian based organizations. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc and currently serves his local community with passion and integrity.

PASTOR PAUL E. DAVIS

Cora “Janice’ Davis, born in Huntsville, Texas to Pastor Frank Jesse Deveraux (deceased) and Gloria Dean Deveraux (Bolden). Paul and Cora J. have been married for thirty-six come August 14, 2018.

 

Cora attended Montgomery High School (Montgomery, Texas) and Prairie View A&M University - Master of Education Early Childhood (Prairie View, Texas). Mrs. Davis has completed 80 hours toward her Ph.D. Education Policy from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville, Arkansas. She’s obtained teacher’s state certification from Texas, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Illinois, and Massachusetts.

She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Soroity, Inc and her passion for education and service is grounded in the continuous development of our youth.
